Discover the benefits of using induction stove cookware

Technology and innovation is a continuous process. There is always something newer and better out there. But people have always been hesitant about moving on to new things. They view new things with suspicion and then they are a few nay-sayers who spread propaganda and everyone starts to believe it. We have seen this hesitancy with things like vaccines, micro-wave ovens, instant noodles and recently induction cooking and induction stove cookware. Cooking is something that has been a part of humanity for ages. Cooking is imbedded deeply in human nature and is even more so a huge part of Indian culture. Cooking and food is a very important part of each and every person’s life. Cooking our food has been a part of life ever since man invented fire. The techniques of cooking haven’t changed much since then. Yes, we did add utensils and other apparatuses like gas stoves but the basic idea of cooking on fire still remained. After on flame cooking, there was the introduction of oven cooking, where again fire was used to cook food in ovens. Later on electric and gas ovens were introduced, which faced some resistance but was welcomed by people eventually.

Later electric cooking was introduced which probably started with electric teapots, et cetera. The electric cooking eventually led to the introduction of induction and that is how induction cooking came into being. People were very hesitant to accept induction cooking for various reasons – but they fail to see the benefits of induction cooking. Below are a few reasons on why you should move on to preparing your meals on induction stove cookware.

Instant Adjustment – for new cooks as well as seasoned cooks, induction cooking is a boon as it is equipped with instant and precision heating. So far this sort of precision and instant adjustment was only available with gas cooking according to professional cooks. Induction cooking takes that precision a step further, you can adjust the heat to an extremely low heat just for a light simmer, this is something that even gas cooking can’t offer.

No Wasted Heat – when you are using induction stove cookware, you are ensured that no heat is wasted because energy is supplied directly to the cooking vessel you are using. With gas or conventional electric cookers (including halogen), the energy is first converted to heat and only then directed to the cooking vessel. While in induction cooking almost all of the energy is transferred to the vessel.

Safety – The stovetop of your induction cooking unit ALWAYS stays cool. This means no burned fingers and no accidents. Induction cooking offers you the assurance of safety that gas or electric cooking cannot.

Ease and Adaptability of Installation – other cooking units like gas or electric require installation and lots of space. Whereas induction cooking units are very thing vertically and require less space and installation.

Ubiquity – gas stoves require gas pipelines or propane tanks, etc. to function. These become additional installation which are bulky or hazardous. Everyone has electricity… you won’t need anything additional when you introduce induction cooking to your home.

Cleanliness – when using gas stoves, the burning gas emits by-products that vaporize and settle on the surface of your kitchens. Induction cooking eliminates these by-products and offers cleanliness.
